BREAST CANCER AWARENESS month!!!  Its that time again to pull out your pink ribbon and show your support to all of those girls who live with and have to fight cancer daily. We also found a helpful site (here) that can help you learn to do self-exams ladies.  Its very important to check before it gets to bad!  Also, there are lots of things that you can make a part of your daily routine to lower your risk. For example, exercise.  Just 30 minutes a day can help lower your risk of breast cancer. Or how about making this the month to stop smoking seeing as that smoking can greatly up the risk of getting breast(and lung) cancer. There are many other ways to lower your risk, all you have to do is get started. So lets save the money in our pocket and the breasts on our chest today!
